How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the full payment has been made, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days. If you are in outlying areas such as Plettenberg Bay, Grabouw, East London, Kimberly, etc, please expect delivery to take longer; around 5-6 working days.

I need to urgently place an order for delivery tomorrow.

Can I collect my order?

We are based in Blouberg (7441), Cape Town. Please select the "collect" option when placing your order. We will get in touch wit you via email once your order is ready is ready for collection.

 What happens if I don't like my order?

Please get in touch with us immediately if you are unhappy with your order. If you wish to return or exchange the product, you will be required to ship it back to us at your own cost.

Where else are you currently stocking?

You can find our journals at The Lobby in Sea Point, Cape Town. Please note that all stockists only stock our journals and not our range of stickers. However, you will still receive a free A7 sheet of stickers when you purchase the journals from our stockists.

I would like to order over 50 journals for an event. What is the lead time?

Anything over 50 journals takes 4+ weeks to produce. Please email us at hello@bekindjournals.com immediately.

How long does it take to re-stock your products?

Our journals are handmade, which is a lot of labour. It takes 14 working days to produce a batch of 50 journals. Our stickers take around 7-10 working days to print.
