It's important to acknowledge that while the mental wellness journal is a valuable tool, it is not a replacement for therapy or counselling. Life is full of obstacles, and unpacking past traumas on our own can put us in a vulnerable space. You should not navigate that alone. If you feel the need to explore or unpack any triggers, insights, or anything that may come from the process of working through the journal, we recommend contacting a mental health professional for support.
